With Dinebase, Lite is 50 SEK per month plus 5 SEK per confirmed booking, Dinebase is 900 SEK per month with unlimited bookings, and Pro is 1,700 SEK per month with card capture and no-show protection. Pricing is per restaurant and excludes VAT. Yearly billing saves around 15%.
Yes. Each restaurant location has its own subscription. If you run several locations, each is billed separately and you can mix plans across them.
Dinebase Lite includes a 30-day free trial. Dinebase and Pro include a 14-day free trial. The trial starts when the restaurant subscribes, and you can cancel any time.
Yes. SMS reminders are billed on top of the subscription: 2 SEK per SMS on Dinebase and 1.50 SEK per SMS on Pro. Dinebase Lite doesn't include SMS reminders.
The combination that works is an SMS reminder the day before, clear cancellation links in the confirmation, and card capture or a deposit on exposed times. Card capture, deposits and late-cancel fees are part of Dinebase Pro.
Yes. The booking widget goes on your existing site, so bookings happen with you rather than via a marketplace. There is no commission per guest and the guest data belongs to the restaurant.
No. You pay a flat price per restaurant. Lite adds 5 SEK per confirmed booking; Dinebase and Pro have unlimited bookings with no per-booking fee.
Yes. Availability is calculated from tables, sections and booking length, so the same table can be booked several times in one evening.
Most restaurants set up the dining room, opening hours and booking widget in an afternoon. You can run Dinebase alongside your current system during the trial.
Yes. Start a trial, build the dining room, run both systems in parallel for a few weeks, and swap the widget on your website once staff are comfortable. Let old bookings run out in the previous system.
Yes. Both the product and this website are available in Swedish and English, and support answers in both languages.
