How pricing works
Per location.
Each restaurant location has its own subscription. If you run multiple locations, each one is billed separately.
Monthly or yearly.
Yearly billing saves around 15% compared to paying month by month.
Lite is pay-per-booking.
Lite costs 50 SEK per month, includes 20 bookings per month and then charges 5 SEK per confirmed booking. The booking fee is capped at 750 SEK per month, so your Lite bill never exceeds 50 SEK plus 750 SEK. Dinebase and Pro have unlimited bookings.
SMS is charged separately.
SMS reminders are 0,9 SEK on both Dinebase and Pro. A long text is sent as several message parts — each extra part costs 0,75 SEK. Lite doesn't include SMS reminders.
No-show protection is Pro only.
Card capture, deposits and late-cancel fees are available on Dinebase Pro.
