Frequently asked questions
Which plan should we choose?
If you take a handful of bookings a day, Lite is cheapest. If you need the floor plan, live service view and waitlist, Dinebase is the fit. With recurring no-shows or large parties, Pro adds card capture, deposits and late-cancel fees.
How much does Dinebase cost per month?
Dinebase Lite is 50 SEK per month, Dinebase is 900 SEK per month and Dinebase Pro is 1,700 SEK per month. Pricing is per restaurant and excludes VAT.
How much do we save with yearly billing?
Around 15%. Yearly prices are 500 SEK for Lite, 9,000 SEK for Dinebase and 17,000 SEK for Pro.
Do prices include VAT?
No, prices are shown excluding VAT. Swedish VAT of 25% is added on the invoice.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. You can cancel at any time, and the trial costs nothing.
What does a booking cost on Lite?
5 SEK per confirmed booking, on top of the 50 SEK monthly fee. Dinebase and Pro include unlimited bookings with no per-booking fee.
What do SMS reminders cost?
2 SEK per SMS on Dinebase and 1.50 SEK per SMS on Pro. SMS is billed separately and isn't included in Lite.
Can we change plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade as your needs change — for example moving from Lite to Dinebase as booking volume grows.
How does pricing work for several restaurants?
Each restaurant gets its own subscription and is billed separately. You can mix plans across locations; get in touch and we'll help with the setup.
Do we need a card to see the prices?
No. Pricing is published openly on this site and you can start a trial before deciding.
