3. Definitions used across these documents

  • Customer — the business that subscribes to Dinebase.
  • Restaurant — a venue or workspace the Customer operates in Dinebase.
  • Guest — a person who books a table with a Restaurant.
  • Service — the Dinebase application, booking pages and related features.
  • Reservation — a booking recorded in the Service, made online or by staff.
  • Subscription — the recurring plan fee per Restaurant.
  • Usage Charges — variable fees such as per-reservation fees and SMS.

4. Supervisory authority

The Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) supervises data protection in Sweden. You may lodge a complaint with IMY or with the supervisory authority where you live.

5. Governing law

Business agreements with Dinebase AB are governed by the laws of Sweden, as set out in the Terms of Service. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
